Magma Type is a display typeface, influenced by the round movements of thick yarn in the process of weaving. The typeface explores the line between energetic boldness of the letter and a dynamic yet calm look in applications.

Thermals is a study of solar radiation on the Luethi studio in Winterthur, Switzerland.
In the infographic, the sun's angle of incidence,
position and time are combined with the heating of the room, which is shown as a heat map.
The project was created in collaboration with Lia Grünig.

This business card was created for Noah Hitz as part of the evening course of Rudolf Barmettler (Schule für Gestaltung, Zurich). The colors, shaping of the text and the choice of the font referr to the profession of the 3D Designer. The realization was done by letterpress.

The printed publication 50A – 0E structures text from and about the manifesto "The Function of the Oblique" by Claude Parent and Paul Virilio. It defines a new architectural and urban order in editorial design, through aligning text diagonally based on mathematical and ideological drawings by Parent. The exactness of architectural planning is contrasted with the freedom of Parent and Virilio's ideas.

The poster Funghi was designed in the frame of a module at ZHdK with RoliDeluxe. The experimental approach and realization in Cinema4d played strongly into the final design.
Lichen

Lichen is a collection of comparative studies of natural forms based on the morphology of lichens. In developing 3D renderings of lichens and transforming their surface materials, I found myself in an exploration of their microtopography.
